Before I call the next questioner, could I draw to the attention of honourable senators the presence in the President's gallery today of the Australian Political Exchanges Council's 11th Delegation from New Zealand, led by Mr Fletcher Tabuteau MP. On behalf of all senators, I wish them a warm welcome to Australia, and in particular to the Senate.
