At the request of Senator McKenzie, I move:

(1) That so much of standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Amendment (Rural and Regional Advocacy) Bill 2015 be restored to the Notice Paper and that consideration of the bill be resumed at the stage reached in the last session of the previous Parliament.
