I inform the Senate that I have received a letter from Senator Ronaldson resigning his place as a senator for the state of Victoria. Pursuant to the provisions of section 21 of the Constitution I have notified the Governor of Victoria of the vacancy in the representation of that state caused by the resignation. I table the letter and a copy of my letter to the Governor of Victoria.
