The scoping study referred to in this motion is a confidential document not intended for release. In line with the approach of all previous governments, scoping studies of this nature are not publicly released because they are for consideration of cabinet and contain significant commercially sensitive information, the release of which could damage the Commonwealth's commercial interests.
