Pursuant to standing order 78(1), I give notice of my intention at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting to withdraw business of the Senate notice of motion No. 1 standing in my name and Senator Muir's name for today, proposing that the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment (Firearms and Firearm Magazines) Regulation 2015 be disallowed.
