Senator Wong asked me a question on Tuesday, 4 March 2014 which I took on notice. I would like to provide the Senate with the answer. Senator Wong's question regarded the timing of a phone call from the CEO of the Australian Food and Grocery Council on 5 February 2014. I have checked with my staff. I am advised that the Australian Food and Grocery Council spoke with my assistant adviser on 5 February after my office had made contact with my department about the website.
