In relation to the Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security, I inform the Senate that three coalition senators were appointed on 13 November. As a result of changes to the committee requested by the opposition and the government, the coalition Senate positions have been reduced from three to two. I indicate to the Senate that the Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Parry, has volunteered to come off the committee.
