The Senate time clocks have just packed it in. Timing will be done by a stopwatch—which will not give you any more time; I am certain of that. Senators will be notified when they have one minute to go. We will get the clocks repaired as soon as possible. I have been advised that a technician will have to come onto the floor while the Senate is sitting to attend to the fault.
