I move:

That government business orders of the day nos 5 to 14 be considered from 12.45 pm today under the temporary order relating to non-controversial government business.

Non-controversial bills to be considered are:

5––Superannuation Laws Amendment (Capital Gains Tax Relief and Other Efficiency Measures) Bill 2012 and the Superannuation Auditor Registration Imposition Bill 2012
