That the Community Affairs References Committee be authorised to hold private meetings otherwise than in accordance with standing order 33(1) during the sittings of the Senate, from 12.30 pm, as follows:

  (a)   on Tuesday, 9 October 2012; and

  (b)   on Tuesday, 30 October 2012.
