by leave—I would like to say how disappointed I was as a member of the committee that these documents, that were written on 28 January 2011 and received by the committee secretariat on 4 February 2011, were somehow mislaid by the secretariat. Unfortunately, as a result, they were not available to the committee at the stage we were writing the report. I feel very strongly about that, because one of the submissions, No. 810, which was tabled by Mr David Brooks of Goulburn in New South Wales, contained very good information that would have been very worthwhile for the committee to deliberate upon. I request that my disappointment that the secretariat unfortunately mislaid these documents be recorded.
