Mr Deputy President, congratulations on your first ascension to the chair after your vote this morning. I draw your attention to the fact that question on notice No. 4 to the minister for climate change and No. 340 to the Minister for Foreign Affairs have not been answered. Although I have not sought an answer to question No. 660 from the Special Minister of State that is also beyond 30 days without an answer. If answers are not forthcoming I will seek to take further action in the sitting of parliament after the winter break.

Does any minister wish to provide an explanation to Senator Brown? If not, we will move to the motions to take note of answers.
