I move:

(a)   That the time for the presentation of the report of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee on the provisions of the Family Law Legislation Amendment (Family Violence and Other Measures) Bill 2011 be extended 16 August 2011; and

(b)   That the time for the presentation of the report of the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee on the provisions of the Mig­ra­­tion Amendment (Strengthening the Charac­­ter Test and Other Provisions) Bill 2011 be extend­ed to 23 June 2011.
