That the following bills be introduced: A Bill for an Act to regulate higher education, and for other purposes; A Bill for an Act to deal with consequential and transitional matters arising from the enactment of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011, and for other purposes; and A Bill for an Act to provide a framework for reducing the environmental and other impacts of products, and for related purposes.
