That the following bills be introduced: A Bill for an Act to amend laws to restore the operation of theRacial Discrimination Act 1975 in the Northern Territory, and for related purposes; a Bill for an Act to repeal the Building and Construction Industry Improvement Act 2005 and the Building and Construction Industry Improvement (Consequential and Transitional) Act 2005, and for related purposes; and a Bill for an Act to amend the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 to prohibit the provision of services, support and resources to whaling ventures.
