That, on Tuesday, 11 August 2009:

(a)

the hours of meeting shall be 12.30 pm to 6.30 pm, and 7 pm to 10.40 pm;

(b)

the routine of business from 7 pm shall be government business order of the day no. 1 (Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme Bill 2009 and related bills)––second reading speeches only;

(c)

if a division is called for after 7 pm, the matter before the Senate shall be adjourned until the next day of sitting at a time fixed by the Senate; and

(d)

the question for the adjournment of the Senate shall be proposed at 10 pm.
