In response to a question from Senator Ray yesterday, I undertook to seek further information relating to the alleged activities of Senator Heffernan. Senator Heffernan has advised me that he has spoken to the manager of Cubbie Station on many occasions. It was immediately apparent to the gentleman in question that he was speaking to Senator Heffernan. In those circumstances, there is nothing at all to be pursued in relation to this matter.
