I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Transport and Regional Services, no later than 3.30 pm on Wednesday, 29 November 2006, a copy of:

(a)

the reports of the November 2001, August 2004, February 2005 and February 2006 Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) audits of Lessbrook Pty Ltd trading as Transair;

(b)

the enforceable voluntary undertaking by Lessbrook Pty Ltd trading as Transair accepted by CASA in May 2006;

(c)

all show cause notices issued by CASA to Lessbrook Pty Ltd trading as Transair since November 2001; and

(d)

the written notice issued by CASA to Lessbrook Pty Ltd trading as Transair in October 2006 cancelling Transair’s Air Operator’s Certificate.
