I present a memorandum of understanding between the Minister for Police and Emergency Management for Tasmania, the Attorney-General for Tasmania, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate on the execution of search warrants on federal members of parliament, together with a guideline for execution of search warrants.
