by leave—I inform the Senate that Senator the Hon. Rod Kemp, the Minister for the Arts and Sport, is absent from question time today. Senator Kemp is representing the Australian government at the Winter Olympics in Torino, and we are all very jealous! During Senator Kemp’s absence, Senator Coonan will take questions relating to the Arts and Sport portfolio, Senator Santoro will take questions relating to the Family and Community Services and also the Human Services portfolios, and Senator Vanstone will take questions relating to the Indigenous Affairs portfolio.
