I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that the Leader of the Government in the Senate has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 671, agreed to on 9 September 2026, relating to outstanding answers to questions on notice for the month of September 2026; and

(b) requires the Leader of the Government in the Senate to table the statements required by the order for September 2026, by no later than midday on 16 October 2026.

The question is that general business notice of motion No. 806, standing in the name of Senator Payman, be agreed to.
