A proposal has been received from Senator McKim:

Pursuant to standing order 75, I propose that the following matter of public importance be submitted to the Senate for discussion:

Labor must listen to parents, carers, teachers, unions and 2.6 million stude nts, and deliver 100% funding to all public schools at the start of the next National School Reform Agreement.
