It is with deep regret that I inform the Senate of the death on 31 July 2011 of the Hon. Allan Clyde Holding, a former minister and member of the House of Representatives for the division of Melbourne Ports, Victoria, from 1977 to 1998. I call on the Deputy Leader of the Government in the Senate.
