I table a supplementary explanatory memorandum relating to the government amendment to be moved to this bill. The memorandum was circulated in the chamber on 16 September 2009. I move government amendment (1) on sheet BD209:

(1)    Schedule 1, page 10 (after line 6), after item 15, insert:

15A  After paragraph 70(1)(d)

Insert:

           (da)    a decision to refuse to vary an approval, other than a decision to refuse to vary an approval under section 17F;
