Prime Minister, illicit tobacco now accounts for around 80 per cent of the tobacco market, and rising. Last week I visited Victoria Street in Melbourne, where 10 small businesses were firebombed in July. Because of Labor's failed illicit tobacco policies, these small-business owners are now victims of organised crime. When will the Prime Minister admit his government's failings and join with the coalition to crash the organised crime gangs?
