My question is to the Prime Minister. A month before he made sexist remarks about the Prime Minister of Japan on the Bush Deep podcast, the Prime Minister did post this comment online:

No matter who you support in politics, it is completely unacceptable to demean, objectify, belittle or offend women.

Why won't the Prime Minister stop hiding behind his female frontbenchers and the New South Wales Premier and take responsibility for his disrespectful behaviour?

I thank the member for her question. The ambassador for Japan made a very clear and unequivocal comment yesterday, publicly, about these issues. The visit of Prime Minister Takaichi was an extremely successful one, following previous successful visits by Prime Minister Kishida and following my three visits to Japan as well. Part of that visit was a dinner at the Lodge that was extremely warm and generous—very personal in the discussions that we had as well. It was an extremely successful visit. I look forward to continuing to work with our friends in Japan.

I just remind all members about trying to constrain their imputations in questions as well. That was a very broad question, but I'm not particularly comfortable when there are so many imputations that are rife in questions. We need to make sure there are certain standards in the questions. I just remind the House of that fact.
