I'm pleased to advise the House that on the floor of parliament today is a historic delegation from the national parliament of Timor-Leste, led by the first female president of the national assembly—the first time a president of the assembly has ever sat on the floor of our parliament—Her Excellency Ms Maria Fernanda Lay and an all-female parliamentary delegation.
