My question is to the Minister for Housing. I refer to the minister's previous answer that the government was 'aware for some time'. Can the minister confirm: was this before or after the handing down of the federal budget?

I appreciate this question. We are aware of the issues that the member is raising. We're working through them in the usual way. This will be resolved in a future piece of legislation, and I look forward to engaging with the member when it comes forward.
