I'd like to do a few acknowledgements, if I may. I'm pleased to inform the House that present in the gallery today is Mr John Haslem, former member for Canberra and current president of the Association of Former Members of the Parliament of Australia. I'd also like to welcome World Vision representatives Simon Mane and Lilian Dodzo, who are in Canberra this week to brief representatives on the Sudan crisis now entering its third devastating year.
