My question is to the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister told Australians:
I'm a Prime Minister who will promise to do things and then go and do them. I think that's how you restore faith in politics.
Given reports in all major newspapers that the Prime Minister is about to impose new taxes on small businesses, when did the Prime Minister promise these changes?
