My question is to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy. More than two weeks ago, the minister told the house:

Today the Treasurer and I have worked very closely together with the ACCC to ensure that ACCC penalties are increased …

With fuel prices having doubled in three weeks, has the minister been advised as to when the legislation will actually be introduced?
