Before I call the member for Bass, I'd like to welcome a parliamentary delegation from the Pacific family, Tuvalu, who have just joined us, led by the Speaker, the Hon. Sir Iakoba Italeli, together with honourable members of the Tuvalu parliament. I'd like to acknowledge the High Commissioner, His Excellency Samuelu Laloniu. A very warm welcome to Parliament House. And thank you for my peace necklace—I hope it works!
