These amendments have been the subject of discussion between the Greens party, the opposition and other interested stakeholders. For the benefits of the crossbench, these are minor technical amendments which better clarify the intention of government in relation to the payment of financial advice fees from superannuation funds and in relation to improvements in offset arrangements for film production being performed here within Australia.
