Mr Speaker, in accordance with standing order 105(b), I wish to draw your attention to overdue questions in writing, question Nos 148 and 149, both regarding the Railway Parklands project. I ask that you write to the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government and seek an explanation as to why she has chosen not to answer my questions in writing within 60 days.

Mr Speaker, in accordance with standing order 105(b), I wish to draw your attention to 10 overdue questions in writing: question Nos 128, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 141, 142, 143 and 144. Questions 143 and 144 relate to the finalising of the awarding of the Republic of Vietnam campaign medal. With just over two weeks to go to the formal commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Australia's involvement in the Vietnam War, these veterans deserve a timely answer. Questions 136 through to 142 should be easy for this government to answer. They are: who in the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Australian War Memorial are considered members of the executive government—

Mr Speaker, I draw your attention to the question I wrote to the Minister for Resources over 60 days ago: question No. 150. It concerned Federal Court rulings in the case of Barngarla Determination Aboriginal Corporation RNTBC v District Council of Kimba and the awarding of costs against that corporation. The government underwrote the Kimba council and, at this stage, has not pursued those costs. Can you pursue an answer?

For the benefit of members asking me, I just require the question, not the commentary. I shall write to the minister as the standing orders provide.
