My question is to the Minister for Indigenous Australians. How many people will make up the Voice body, who will appoint them and how long will they be appointed for?

Thank you for that question. I can only repeat that in his second reading speech the Attorney-General made it very clear that parliament, subject to the Constitution, will have the power to make laws with respect to matters relating to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice, including its composition, functions, powers and procedures.
