The Prime Minister has misrepresented me in his answer to my question in question time just now. The question was very clearly about whether or not he would stay true—

Member for Warringah, that is not a misrepresentation. You need to state very clearly if you have said something which has been misrepresented.

He has misrepresented me in identifying that somehow I do not know the law, in that it is not possible to bring on legislation in respect of the PEP 11 matter. That is a misrepresentation.

It's not a misrepresentation of what was said, it is a debating point. There are other forms of the House where you may raise that. I remind all members that if you are seeking a representation, it's common courtesy to let the Speaker know before seeking the call. I shall send the members information about misrepresentation.
