My question is to the Prime Minister and I refer to the Prime Minister's answer in question time yesterday. If union officials exercising powers under a law of the Commonwealth are not covered by the National Anti-Corruption Commission because they're covered by other integrity bodies—the Fair Work Ombudsman and the Fair Work Commission—why are these bodies not included in the list of 22 Commonwealth integrity agencies in section 15 of the bill?

Union officials, if they act corruptly in engagement with government agencies, are treated like any other third party, and are covered.
