My question is to the Attorney-General. I refer to the fact that the largest shareholder in Omni Bridgeway, Australia's largest litigation funding business, is Greencape Capital Pty Ltd, the manager of the Greencape Broadcap Fund, a fund in which the Attorney-General has disclosed a holding. Has the Attorney-General disclosed this underlying holding to the Prime Minister under clause 3.12 of the ministerial code of conduct, which requires an immediate notification where an investment in a company might give rise to a perception of a conflict of interest?
