My question is to the Prime Minister. Prime Minister, was the Minister for Regional Development, Local Government and Territories ever in breach of the Prime Minister's code of conduct?

I'm very surprised by the opposition's newfound interest in portfolios. I'm very surprised by their newfound interest in portfolios because those opposite weren't aware of who held the energy portfolio or who held the health portfolio or who held the Treasury portfolio or who held the finance portfolio. We responded to these questions yesterday, and I stand by those answers. The minister responded yesterday, as was appropriate.
