CHALMERS () (): My question is to the Treasurer. How many funds in his budget are allocated at the discretion of the minister? What's their total value?

There are various funds which are in the budget that provide grants across various important areas of the economy. I can tell the member for Rankin that we don't have a pink batts scheme that wasted $2.4 billion. We have important programs across the budget which provide for competitive grants processes.
