My question is to the Prime Minister. Can the Prime Minister confirm he committed $13 million of taxpayers' money to advertising his climate policy before he even had one? Can the Prime Minister confirm that the only jobs created by his policy so far are for the minister for resources and advertising executives? Why is it always about spin and never about substance from this Prime Minister?
