I inform the House that the Deputy Prime Minister will be absent from question time today and for the remainder of the week. The Minister for Agriculture and Northern Australia will answer questions on his behalf. The Minister for Defence will also be absent from question time today and for the remainder of the week. The Minister for Defence Industry will answer questions on his behalf in the Defence portfolio. The Minister for Industry, Science and Technology will continue to be Acting Leader of the House. The Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs will also be absent from question time today and for the remainder of this week. The Minister for Home Affairs will answer questions on his behalf.
