My question is to the Prime Minister: I refer to the finding of the Prime Minister's chief of staff in his review that 'members of the PMO media team recalled that Mr Shiraz's work history was raised by certain journalists'. Is it really the Prime Minister's position that the undermining of Ms Higgins's loved ones is the media's fault? Why is it that, under this Prime Minister, someone else is always responsible, even when it's his own office?
