I present the report on the Commonwealth Ombudsman's activities under section 65(6) of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 for the period 1 July to 30 September 2020, and the Commonwealth Ombudsman's quarterly report under section 712F(6) of the Fair Work Act 2009 for the period 1 July to 30 September 2020.

Ordered that the reports be made parliamentary papers.
