In my electorate of Curtin there are 54 schools with close to 30,000 children enrolled in them. They are wonderful schools, all seeking to provide the best educational environment for the students in their care and give all of our young people the best possible start in their lives. I encourage all of the schools across my electorate of Curtin to consider applying for funding through the government's Local Schools Community Fund. This fund is open to all of the schools—government, Catholic, independent, primary, secondary and K to 12.
