I'd just like to inform the House we have joining us in the gallery this afternoon the former member for Riverina, Kay Hull. On behalf of the House, I extend a warm welcome.

We also have participants in the Inter-Parliamentary Study Program, who are joining us from parliaments all around the globe. On behalf of members, I extend a warm welcome to all of you.

Honourable members: Hear, hear!
