Before I call questions without notice, I will do some welcomes, given the hour of the day. I inform the House that we have joining us this afternoon a delegation from Vanuatu, led by their foreign minister and accompanied by the high commissioner. On behalf of the House, we extend a very warm welcome.

I also inform the House that we will have joining us in the chamber this afternoon at various times a number of former members of parliament, including John Haslem, the Hon. Judi Moylan, the Hon. Barry O'Farrell and Clive Palmer. On behalf of members, I welcome you all.
