In March Dan Andrews got caught misspending 400K of tax dollars. It was to fund a private campaign staff to be political brawlers. Rightly, the Ombudsman conducted an investigation. They found Labor's innocence claims were all a fabrication. Dan Andrews was exposed as the investigation was closed to corrupt allegations. Victoria Police are now questioning Labor's red shirt straightjacket. At first they went after the campaign staff paid their tax-funded packet. Now that's done, Vic Pol are turning their gun to Labor MPs' red shirts racket. When interviewed by police, most Australians comply. They know there are very serious penalties if you lie, which raises the question: why have Labor MPs got reservations and are hiding when Vic Pol comes by?

The response from Daniel Andrews was: 'Labor's above it. The law applies to Victorians, not Labor MPs who can shun it. We shouldn't be investigated. The allegations are dated. Plus, there's a risk they'll admit that we've done it.' Former police commissioner Kel Glare has turned to the Herald Sun and declared it an absolute disgrace. He said, 'Victoria is a state of law, not where Daniel Andrews decides the merits of a case.' Victoria will decide come 24 November. The choice is if rorting Labor can go and escape the law or sit in a chair in Spring Street with a glare and think how well they'll get past the door in the jail.
