I thank the honourable member and I congratulate him on his recent appointment as the shadow minister for small business. Of course, there are many ways to create a small business. Most people start off with no business at all and build it up. Others—and I think the shadow minister would fall into this category—start with a large business and turn it into a small one. That's exactly what he will do with Australia's economy and Australia's businesses—
