I move:

That this bill be now read a second time.

The Customs Tariff Amendment (Singapore-Australia Free Trade Agreement Amendment Implementation) Bill 2017 is the second bill relating to the agreement to amend the Singapore-Australia Free Trade Agreement.

This bill contains amendments to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 (Customs Tariff Act), referred to throughout, to implement the amended agreement by:

          This bill complements the amendments contained in the Customs Amendment (Singapore-Australia Free Trade Agreement Amendment Implementation) Bill 2017. I commend this legislation to the House.
